About Facial Reflexology
The term ‘Reflexology’ is mostly associated with the feet, though the theory behind reflexology can be applied to other areas of the body. For example, the hands, ears, and even the tongue are to name a few. The theory behind reflexology is that any part of the body can reflect and treat the whole.
Reflexology is still relatively new as a therapy in the west, facial reflexology being an even more recent addition. The body is divided into zones. By manipulating various pressure points situated on an imaginary grid, ailments and imbalances in the body can be treated.

Massage encourages blood flow to the area and lymphatic drainage (the removal of toxins and impurities); the skin becomes plumper and healthier in appearance.
